Our locally-owned company was started over 40 years ago by John and Marilyn Stimens. Over the years their son, Kurt, gradually took over and built the business to over 1550 rental units at its peak. We currently have over 650 rentals, most of which are located in Mansfield, Ohio, with some also in Ontario.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
APPLICATION FEE $25 PER APPLICANT
INCOME VERIFICATION
Applicants must submit a $25 non-refundable fee to process a credit and criminal check.
Each applicant must attach their proof of income for the last 4 weeks. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of continuous employment.
VIEWING OUR RENTALS
Bring a valid photo ID to our main office to pick up keys to view our vacant rentals. We show properties M-F from
9am - 4:30pm.
PETS CONSIDERED AT MANY LOCATIONS
Pets are considered with prior approval. Tenants must pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent.
